Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church
New Adult Sunday School Classes to Begin January 14
Go and make disciples. That’s the simple job description for the church. And that’s what we do.
Through our adult Sunday School (9:15-10:15 a.m.), focused group studies, and intentional disciple-making triads, we walk alongside as you begin your relationship with Jesus, grow in your faith and find meaningful ways to serve Him.
“The Life of Christ” is focuses our hearts as we move toward the season of Lent, helping us to see and understand the role and ministry of Jesus. Pastor Powell will facilitate this class, which will meet in the Fellowship Hall.
“Financial Peace University” is a course we offer regularly at Grace. It is geared to helping people achieve financial stability so they can “live and give” as God intended. The materials for this course cost $100, but scholarships and payment plans are available. (See Pastor Brodbeck for more information.) This course will meet in the parlor.
“Shepherding a Child’s Heart” is a video-based parenting class. Created for parents with children of any age, this course provides perspectives and procedures for shepherding your child’s heart into the paths of life. It will teach you how to talk to your children and what to talk about. The participant’s guide has a recommended contribution of $8. The course will meet in N108.
